What God has to say about Worship

Singing

Exodus 15v1

Then Moses and the Israelites sang this song to the Lord:
“I will sing to the Lord……………….
The Lord is my strength and song………………
He is my God, and I will praise him,
My father’s God, and I will exalt him.”

We all know that worship is much more than singing, however, singing is a part of worship.

Note that our singing is to be to the Lord, more than about him
Note that our singing is inspired by God himself
Note that our singing is a testimony to the faithfulness of God
Note that our singing is not self-centred, but God focused
Note that our singing is bold and not apologetic
Note that our singing is based in a confidence of our history and future
