Life does not rotate around your wishes and desires. To be a successful team player you have to see the need of the team before your own. How the team sounds is more important that how you sound! Having said that, how you sound will affect the overall sound. In the light of this – seek to be the best you can. Give yourself to worshipping Jesus and becoming more proficient on your instrument. Spend time in the presence ministering to him and look firstly to give and not to get.

Along with that always look for ways to:

• Help others
• Teach others
• Pray for others
• Encourage others
